The mainframe equipment of this production line was selected by our company after being inspected by several equipment manufacturers by customers in December 2018. Then by my company pre-sales service technical personnel to the customer site, field mapping, design a reasonable production plan.

In January 2019, the customer site is ready for equipment installation. Our after-sale department will arrange the host equipment to be sent to the customer site, and arrange after-sale personnel to provide guidance and installation services for the customer.

At the end of January 2019, the customer will complete the installation of the main equipment and other supporting equipment on site. After the installation of cables and electric controls is in place, our after-sale department will arrange after-sale technicians to guide and debug the main equipment on site until it runs normally.

This set of production line will start normal operation in the middle of February 2019. The crushing main machine is in normal operation, and the feeding particle size of PE600X900 jaw is broken; Below 510mm, the particle size of the discharge is below 100mm, and the throughput is 200t/h, which just matches the normal production of HP300 multi-cylinder cone. HP300 multi-cylinder cone with good stability and lamination crushing principle, the grain type of the discharge conforms to the use of commercial mixing station. The whole system has also been well received by customers.
