Recently, a set of mobile crushing stations designed and manufactured by Luoyang Ruike Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. with a production of 200 tons of hard rock crushing was sent to a user site in Henan.  


The mobile crushing station is composed of two trailers.  One of the vehicles is equipped with the main equipment of 3895 feeder +PE600*900 jaw crusher, the second car is HP300 hydraulic cone crusher + 3-layer 2270 vibrating screen.  Relying on the advantages of its own maintenance and sale of crushing equipment, Rake makes the recycled second-hand crusher continue to be used through a series of remanufacturing processes including disassembly, cleaning, testing, repair, installation, test and painting.
  

Install the mainframe equipment repaired on the mobile trailer, and then match with appropriate non-standard parts such as feed hopper, discharge hopper and leg.  Integral trial test system stability.  In the design process, the actual operation of the site is considered, and the hydraulic support legs are added to the frame and vibrating screen platform.  Convenient when the scene needs to move back and forth legs.
