This GP100 cone crusher had been working on the production line of a sand and stone factory in Henan for a short period of time. Due to environmental protection reasons in 2017, after the production line was shut down, a number of equipment were in idle state, and were later recycled by our company. After pulling back, it will be repaired by our company's technicians. After disassembly, it was found that the main parts of the upper and lower frame body, the top bearing, the moving cone part, the main shaft and these key parts were intact. Then the small parts were repaired, and the eccentric sleeve, eccentric shaft and oil seal that were prone to problems were checked. There was no damage, but the oil seal of the vulnerable part was replaced. Then, after several hours of testing, the cone was painted.
