The original unit of Metso HP4 multi-cylinder cone crusher was a sand and stone yard in Huzhou, and the crushing material was soft rock. In the process of use, the customer reported that the material was too fine and the proportion of coarse aggregate (20-40mm) was too small to meet the actual needs. The customer bought a counter-crushing machine to replace the cone, and the cone was recovered by our company.In the production workshop of the company, the main machine is divided into parts, and then the relevant sizes are checked one by one. The quality inspection personnel will issue the test report, and the technical center will issue the maintenance plan:

1. After the main machine is disassembled, each part is nearly new, and the lining plate is less worn, and the guard plate is less worn, so it will not be replaced

2. No oil leakage or pressure leakage in tubing and joint tests

3. Check the motor is normal and replace the grease (oil).

4. The test is normal after dust deposition at the oil station and electric cabinet is cleared

5. The linkage test lasted for 3 hours, and all the detection indicators reached the factory standard of the new machine, which was approved for delivery
